Jesse (LCSW 2006, RYT 2011) is a transpersonal therapist who has a deep trust in the innate wisdom of every person to discover answers for healing & reclaim wholeness within themselves. She holds the belief that healing cannot be complete without accessing a relationship with the spiritual, as connected to the body & mind. She holds a safe, calm, and steady container for fellow humans to do this sacred work. She has an eclectic approach to healing, and draws from a variety of modalities including meditation & visualization, energy work, somatic processing, therapeutic yoga, IFS inspired parts work, sand-tray therapy, and earth based healing.
Jesse is pulled by polarities: the sun & moon, the desert & bodies of water, solo time & relationships, deep quiet stillness & rambunctious sound and movement. She is an explorer of the unconscious, and continually curious about experiences that integrate the body, mind, and spirit.
Perhaps the best training she’s received thus far in life is with her 2 wonderful, silly daughters. They’ve given her a crash course into the depths of her psyche-a deep dive into her shadow, continued opportunities for healing, and above all, pure joy and bliss.

-Spectra Participant {9 month consciousness expanding program combining STAGES-human development, Integral Polarity Practice, shadow work, meditation, and wisdom traditions. (2021-2022)
-Psychedelic Trainings with MAPS & Psychedelic Support
-Currently enrolled in CIIS Psychedelic assisted Therapy & Research Certificate program.
